3. Large cities provide lots of opportunities while life in small towns is much easier, more comfortable and more convenient for us to take care of our parents. If you find a very good job in a large city which is far away from your hometown, how will you choose your ambition and filial piety?

1. What do you think is the relationship between study and exams? Are exams necessary or efficient in testing students’ learning activities? Why?

3. The ancient Chinese say “A good scholar will make an official”, which implies that if someone wants to be an official, he has to study hard and learn well. Do you agree with this opinion? Why?
4. Is it proper that companies require students to have CET4, CET6, TEM4, and TEM8 certificates in job application? To what extent is one’s ability related to these certificates?
5. In recent years, more and more students choose to study abroad after they graduate from high school instead of taking the so called single-plank bridge College Entrance Examination. Comment on this phenomenon.
